Handle with care I
A single decorative oxidised copper pot with one brass handle on a Pippy oak base. The handle is removable and attached to a silver snake chain that can be pulled through a small hole in the side of the pot, with a stopper on the the other end of the chain.
These pots are created from a combination of found objects and sheet metal and are inspired by archaic forms. Each pot is hammered and formed then put together in a curated collection. These collections play with the idea of function, using various handles and the suggestion of a base or lid, which on closer inspection are not what they seem.
Oxidisation is a surface patina and may change through handling of the piece.
Please note: these pots are not suitable for liquid but can hold a dried stem or similar.
Materials: Copper, Brass, silver snake chain, silver solder & Pippy oak.
Dimensions: Complete piece L:150mm H:85mm
Weight: 271g
